Machine Operator in MEDINA, Ohio at AGRATI-MEDINA LLC

Agrati is currently looking for skilled Machine Operators in the areas of Tapping, Cold Forming, and Camera Sort. If you are experienced in these areas, or have strong mechanical aptitude, this may be the position and company for you.

General Statement of Responsibilities

Performs work associated with the set up and operation of assigned mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.

General Performance Expectations

· Set up and operate assigned mechanical equipment.

· Check that items produced pass quality control requirements.

· Perform complex troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments or repairs.

· Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.

· Use required gaging instruments.

· Collaborate with team members to increase overall throughput.

· Assist Lead/Supervisor as needed.

· Consult with management and help with training.

· Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring.

· Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.

· Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)

· Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Perform work under minimal supervision.
• Oversees complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher level staff.
• Possess comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter.

Physical Demands
