About the Role:

The Account Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key client accounts across the United States. This position requires a strategic approach to sales, focusing on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will lead account planning, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with internal teams to align product offerings with client objectives. By analyzing market trends and client feedback, the Account Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within client accounts.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
