As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams by ensuring accurate contact information and preparing outreach campaigns through structured verification processes. You will manage a high volume of outbound calls, helping maintain reliable data and enabling efficient communication workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable working with clear processes and performance objectives. As part of a fully remote international team, you will contribute directly to operational success while developing valuable experience in customer communication, data accuracy, and business engagement.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls throughout the workday to verify and confirm business contact information.
• Validate contact details for companies and ensure records are accurate, complete, and ready for future outreach activities.
• Update and maintain information within internal systems and CRM platforms with strong attention to detail.
• Follow established scripts, workflows, and verification procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support investigation and engagement teams by providing clean, reliable, and validated contact data.
• Manage approximately 200 company contact verifications per week while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrate consistency, reliability, and focus when completing repetitive but business-critical tasks.
• Communicate professionally with external contacts while maintaining a positive and confident phone presence.

• At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, call center operations, contact verification, or a similar phone-based role.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the working day conducting outbound calls.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident phone presence.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage large volumes of information.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow structured workflows and procedures.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to maintain productivity, consistency, and quality while working toward measurable performance goals.
• Good organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems or digital record management tools are a plus.
• English proficiency is required for communication and documentation purposes.
