• Lead the adoption of AI-first software engineering practices by implementing AI-assisted development workflows, coding agents, and scalable engineering processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and autonomous AI agents.
• Build intelligent solutions for document processing, information extraction, workflow automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
• Establish engineering best practices across CI/CD, testing, deployment, code quality, monitoring, and software reliability.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance, including accuracy, latency, cost optimization, hallucination detection, and model reliability.
• Promote responsible AI practices by implementing governance, auditability, privacy controls, and human-in-the-loop validation mechanisms.
• Provide technical leadership across the full technology stack, supporting platform reliability, incident response, continuous improvement, and long-term scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to define the AI product roadmap and deliver strategic technology initiatives.

• 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience, including experience leading technical initiatives or engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, with experience designing scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing production-ready AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, function calling, structured outputs, and AI agents.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent AI infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted software development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, Manus, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, secure engineering practices, and cloud-native application development.
• Strong technical documentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and business teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership, initiative, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, document processing, OCR, LLM evaluation frameworks, cybersecurity, GRC, FinTech, or regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
