The Senior Renewal Operations Manager will lead the development and optimization of renewal operations for a high-volume customer segment within a global technology and SaaS environment. This strategic role focuses on building scalable processes, configuring systems, and establishing reporting frameworks that provide leadership with reliable visibility into renewal performance. You will transform complex CRM data into actionable insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and develop proactive indicators to anticipate renewal risks and opportunities. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, IT, and partner-facing teams, you will streamline workflows and support automated renewal management. You will also establish operational standards that improve data quality, efficiency, and accountability across the renewal lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, analytical leader who enjoys building operational foundations, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving measurable business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities
  • Renewal Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain comprehensive renewal reporting frameworks that provide leadership with consistent visibility into renewal forecasts, performance trends, and recurring revenue outcomes.
  • Renewal Data Ownership: Define data requirements, establish standards for data capture and management, and collaborate across teams to ensure renewal information is accurate, timely, consistent, and actionable.
  • Executive Insights and Analysis: Translate raw CRM data into clear, meaningful business insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and improve renewal performance.
  • Forecasting and Pacing Models: Develop and optimize renewal pacing models for high-volume customer segments, enabling leadership to monitor progress against targets and anticipate future outcomes.
  • Risk Identification and Early Warning Systems: Establish leading indicators and proactive monitoring mechanisms to identify potential renewal risks, detect performance gaps, and support timely intervention.
  • Process Design and Standardization: Define, implement, and continuously improve renewal workflows and operational best practices to support efficient, repeatable, and scalable renewal management.
  • Systems Configuration and Optimization: Partner with Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, and IT to configure and enhance CRM platforms, partner portals, and renewal orchestration tools, supporting a more automated renewal lifecycle.
  • Data Quality and Process Auditing: Evaluate existing systems and workflows, identify gaps in data capture or process execution, and lead remediation initiatives to improve operational reliability.
  • Partner Portal Development: Define how renewal opportunities should be presented, tracked, and actioned within partner portals, coordinating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Operational Cadence and Governance: Establish and manage recurring renewal operations reviews, reporting schedules, and performance monitoring processes to promote accountability, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: At least 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations within a global technology or SaaS organization.
  • Renewal Operations Expertise: Proven experience designing, owning, and scaling renewal operations for high-volume customer segments, including developing repeatable workflows and performance reporting structures.
  • Advanced Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience building renewal reports, forecasting tools, and pacing models. Ability to turn complex CRM data into clear, executive-ready insights.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas such as INDEX/MATCH.
  • CRM and Business Intelligence Tools: Experience using Salesforce to manage data, build reports, and support operational processes. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for reporting development and validation is highly desirable.
  • Customer Success Platforms: Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms is an advantage.
  • Partner and Channel Operations: Experience supporting channel-led or partner-led renewal processes is preferred, particularly familiarity with partner portals and partner management tools.
  • Process Development: Demonstrated ability to build and implement operational processes in environments where established workflows, systems, or structures may be limited or nonexistent.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams, build alignment, and drive initiatives across departments without relying on direct authority.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A builder mindset, with the initiative to identify gaps, develop practical solutions, and take ownership of implementation through completion.
  • Organizational and Strategic Skills: Excellent prioritization, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, combined with a focus on data integrity, operational efficiency, and measurable business results.
