As a Migration Lead, you will drive a strategic enterprise transformation, overseeing the migration of procurement data from SAP ECC to the Jaggaer Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform. You will lead end-to-end migration initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, system compatibility, and seamless integration across procurement processes. Working at the intersection of technology, procurement, and business operations, you will develop migration strategies that minimize disruption and support long-term scalability. You will establish robust governance frameworks, oversee data cleansing and validation, and coordinate mock migrations to ensure a reliable transition to the new platform. • Lead the complete lifecycle of procurement data migration from SAP ECC to the Jaggaer Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform, ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable data transfer.
• Develop and execute comprehensive migration strategies for third-party procurement platforms, covering data extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading, and validation.
• Oversee integration between SAP ECC procurement modules and the target S2P environment, ensuring system compatibility and consistent data flows across connected applications.
• Establish and maintain migration governance frameworks, including project documentation, data management standards, risk registers, issue tracking, and resolution procedures.
• Plan and coordinate mock migration cycles to test migration scripts, validate data structures, identify discrepancies, and refine processes before production deployment.
• Manage data reconciliation activities to verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of migrated procurement records between source and target systems.
• Lead stakeholder workshops with clients, business users, procurement specialists, and technical teams to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and align business objectives with technical implementation.
• Monitor migration progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and delivery quality.
• Ensure migration activities comply with applicable governance policies, data security requirements, and relevant organizational compliance standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end migration execution and deployment readiness, ensuring appropriate validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off before go-live.
• Provide clear updates on project milestones, migration status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in migration methodologies, data validation frameworks, and integration practices to support scalable procurement transformation initiatives.

• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience in IT services, enterprise systems implementation, data migration, or related technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Jaggaer Source-to-Pay (S2P), including experience with procurement platform implementations, migrations, or enterprise procurement transformation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP ECC procurement modules and their data structures, with the ability to manage complex data migration and ERP integration requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end ERP data migration projects, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, mapping, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing mock migration cycles, developing or refining migration scripts, and resolving data quality issues before production deployment.
• Strong understanding of ERP integration approaches, procurement workflows, data validation frameworks, and source-to-target data mapping.
• Proven ability to establish migration governance processes, maintain comprehensive project documentation, track risks and dependencies, and enforce data quality standards.
• Experience leading client workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical migration strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts, manage expectations, and facilitate decisions across business and technology teams.
