  • Collaborate with technical contacts and the membership team to build and maintain segmented lists
  • Build automated workflows, including enrollment criteria, branching, delays, exclusions and exit conditions; test before activation.
  • Execute onboarding, event follow-up, prospect nurture and re-engagement sequences. Maintain contact properties, subscription preferences and suppression rules with internal support.
  • Track delivery, bounces, qualified clicks, conversions, unsubscribes and complaints by campaign and audience. Use open rates as supporting context and investigate unusual or automated activity.
  • Coordinate A/B tests with clear hypotheses and success measures. Document findings and apply learning to subsequent campaigns.
  • Work with communications managers to execute social media posts and ads across networks
  • Contribute to dashboard maintenance and campaign tracking
  • Help update approved copy, images, links, event listings, resource pages and information related to marketing campaigns in the website CMS; keep content accurate, timely and consistent with brand standards.

  • Maintain Marketing and Communications award calendars, nomination forms, submission records and deadline reminders; respond to routine applicant questions and flag missing information or eligibility questions to program owners.
  • Prepare judging materials and coordinate reviewer access, timelines and score collection under established procedures; protect confidential information and maintain complete records.
  • Coordinate approved winner communications, biographies, photos, certificates or trophies, website updates and recognition logistics with community and event staff.
Requirements:

You are a fit for this position if:

  • You enjoy turning campaign data into specific improvements, rather than simply reporting numbers.
  • You are meticulous about details and comfortable moving between email production, website updates and deadline-driven awards administration.
  • You take initiative, follow through on recurring tasks and collaborate well with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing or communications experience; this position is designed for candidates with approximately 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Hands-on HubSpot or similar email platform experience building emails, lists, workflows and reports; able to explain actual campaign execution and performance improvements. Hubspot certifications a plus!
  • Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet proficiency, including filters, pivot tables and lookups; able to spot anomalies and turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience updating website content in a CMS; strong proofreading, organization, attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications

HubSpot certifications; Sitefinity or comparable CMS experience; familiarity with Google Analytics, basic HTML/CSS and association CRM systems; and experience supporting awards, application processes or member programs. Automotive industry experience is helpful but not required.
