Accountabilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach, lead generation, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise-level prospects and decision-makers across target industries and market segments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, client presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions to successfully close new business deals.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies that align client needs with innovative gifting, branded merchandise, and technology-enabled fulfillment solutions.
  • Navigate complex RFP processes while managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support ongoing business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, fulfillment, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and solution alignment.
  • Provide valuable customer and market feedback to support product improvements and future growth initiatives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, sales KPIs, and pipeline development objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold strong data hygiene practices throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within SaaS, professional services, branded merchandise, or corporate gifting industries.
  • Proven track record of generating self-sourced pipeline opportunities and successfully closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate sales reporting and customer data management.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and entrepreneurial business environments.
  • Passion for client engagement, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
