In this role, you will help power high-quality healthcare and commercial data solutions used across the life sciences industry. - Develop, configure, and maintain scalable data crawlers and automated data collection workflows.
- Transform, clean, validate, and model large datasets using Python and SQL to support analytics and operational use cases.
- Integrate extracted data into centralized data platforms while ensuring high levels of quality, reliability, and freshness.
- Create ad-hoc reports, recurring dashboards, and visual reporting solutions to support business insights and customer success.
- Implement data observability, monitoring, and validation processes to improve platform stability and data accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, engineering, and product teams to deliver robust and efficient data solutions.
- Apply software engineering best practices including version control, code reviews, and scalable development methodologies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working with SQL in data analysis or analytics-focused roles.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience using Python for analytics engineering or data processing.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and large-scale data transformation techniques.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable crawlers or automated data ingestion pipelines.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices such as Git workflows and peer code reviews.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with tools such as Redshift, dbt, Polars, Mozenda, or Zyte is considered an advantage.
