About Always Keep Progressing

Always Keep Progressing is a comprehensive, clinician-led pediatric therapy provider dedicated to helping children reach their highest potential. We offer a full continuum of services, including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Expressive Therapies such as Music and Art: to ensure every child receives coordinated, high-quality care tailored to their needs.

Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence. We prioritize giving our therapists the resources, support, and tools they need to succeed, because when our clinicians thrive, our clients thrive. We are committed to meaningful outcomes, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a culture that empowers both families and providers.

AKP delivers services across multiple settings, including in-home ABA and two center-based locations in the North Miami area. Every day, we work to make a lasting impact in the lives of the children and families we serve—always progressing, always growing.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team at Always Keep Progressing. This role focuses on providing high-quality, in-home ABA services to children and families in the North Miami area.

As a BCBA at AKP, you will oversee and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions and meaningful outcomes for the clients you serve. You’ll lead treatment planning, conduct assessments, provide ongoing supervision, and collaborate closely with families and other disciplines such as Speech, OT, and Expressive Therapies to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical quality, wants to work in a supportive and clinician-led environment, and is passionate about helping children make measurable progress. We invest heavily in giving our BCBAs the tools, resources, and administrative support they need so they can focus on what matters most—providing excellent clinical care.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification (Medicaid not required, this is a private insurance/ private pay role only)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA, including supervision of RBTs
  • Experience delivering ABA services in home or community settings
  • Strong communication, documentation, and family-training skills
  • English required; Spanish strongly preferred
  • Must be able to travel within the North Miami area

What We’re Looking For:

  • A clinician committed to high-quality, ethical ABA
  • Someone who works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • A BCBA who is reliable, organized, and excited to help families make real progress
