Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles
Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Conduct routine services including oil changes, tire replacement, and brake work
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using proper tools and procedures
Follow all factory guidelines and safety standards
Accurately document repairs and labor time on repair orders
Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new motorcycles
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and needs
Stay current with technical training and certifications

Qualifications
Previous experience as a motorcycle, powersports, or automotive technician preferred
Harley-Davidson or OEM certifications are a plus
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Own tools required
Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
