• Proven experience as a team lead in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• A positive attitude and a passion for motivating others
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• A willingness to learn and grow—no prior manufacturing experience required
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production efforts in your department, guiding operators to success
• Identify and implement solutions to improve operations through problem-solving and lean manufacturing practices
• Monitor labor efficiency and scrap rates, keeping a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with management to assess labor improvement projects and operational techniques
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in additional activities as assigned

About Our Team:

Located in Corona, CA, you’ll work closely with the production manager. Your leadership will play a crucial role in guiding your department’s daily activities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
