This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling, mission-driven growth organization focused on expanding access to high-quality pediatric anxiety and OCD care.
You will build and operate the systems that power consumer and provider acquisition across multiple channels and segments.
The position blends marketing operations, AI-driven automation, and hands-on campaign execution to increase speed, consistency, and performance.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and leadership to streamline workflows and improve marketing effectiveness.
A key focus of the role is designing scalable AI-enabled processes that reduce operational friction and unlock team productivity.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Patient Acquisition, fully remote across the United States.
- Drive the development and implementation of AI-powered workflows that improve marketing speed and efficiency, including maintaining standardized prompt libraries and automation frameworks.
- Define, track, and report performance metrics across AI initiatives, campaigns, and marketing operations, ensuring visibility into impact and ROI.
- Serve as the primary operational lead for external creative agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, campaign goals, and execution timelines.
- Own and optimize CRM and marketing automation systems, supporting segmentation, campaign execution, and performance improvements across audiences.
- Manage end-to-end campaign coordination across consumer and provider marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery across multiple channels.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, promotional partnerships, and directory listings, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
- Lead internal communications, KPI reporting, and cross-functional coordination, while supporting team culture through planning and events.
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing coordination within a fast-paced or healthcare-related environment.
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI-driven workflows that transform manual processes into scalable systems.
- Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable messaging.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Zoho, along with familiarity with analytics and lead generation tools.
- Experience working with external vendors or creative agencies, including providing structured feedback and managing deliverables.
- Proficiency with productivity and design tools such as Google Workspace, Office, Canva, and Adobe, with a focus on AI-augmented content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or technology.
- Competitive annual salary range of 98,000 to 109,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
