- Lead and manage a regional team of approximately 30 financial planners focused on client acquisition, retention, and asset growth.
- Mentor, coach, and support planners throughout the sales and financial planning lifecycle to enhance client engagement and practice success.
- Drive performance management initiatives, establish clear priorities, and provide ongoing feedback to senior leadership regarding team results and opportunities.
- Foster a high-engagement, performance-oriented culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and advisor development.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and risk management standards.
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, lead-generation strategies, and training programs.
- Collaborate with planners to define personal and professional development goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Present regular business updates, progress reports, and performance insights while identifying obstacles and recommending solutions.
- Promote best practices in comprehensive financial planning, relationship management, and client service excellence across the territory.
- 5–10 years of experience in financial services sales management across distributed, multi-state teams.
- Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience managing teams of 10+ professionals, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, wealth management strategies, RIAs, and broader financial services operations.
- Demonstrated success leading and empowering sales-driven financial planning teams.
- Experience managing client engagement processes and leveraging metrics and performance feedback to improve outcomes.
- Proficiency with contact management systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and sales pipeline management.
- Proven ability to build and sustain high-performing, advisor-focused cultures across diverse practices and territories.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to drive engagement, accountability, and cultural alignment while supporting business growth objectives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance client experience, operational excellence, and team performance.
- Competitive total target cash compensation ranging from $379,000 to $447,000 USD, including base salary and performance-based bonus opportunities.
