This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, artificial intelligence, and operational transformation, focused on building and scaling AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency across core revenue functions. You will lead the design of agentic workflows and intelligent automation tools that support Marketing, Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, and Product teams. Operating in a fast-moving environment, you will translate complex business needs into scalable AI applications that drive measurable impact. This position requires strong technical fluency in AI systems combined with a product mindset and business acumen. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for automation and optimization. The role offers the opportunity to shape internal AI adoption at scale and directly influence how teams operate across the organization.
- Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered internal tools and agentic workflows that improve operational efficiency across revenue-related functions.
- Design and deploy AI solutions that automate and optimize processes in areas such as Marketing, Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, and Product Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and ensure alignment with business priorities and operational needs.
- Manage integration of AI platforms and orchestration systems into existing enterprise environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Drive rapid iteration cycles for AI applications, continuously improving performance, usability, and business impact based on feedback and data.
- Partner with engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with strong focus on AI/ML-powered applications and enterprise-scale digital products.
- Deep expertise in AI workflows, orchestration tools, and automation platforms such as n8n, with hands-on experience designing agentic systems.
- Strong understanding of LLM-based development environments and tools such as Claude Code and other generative AI frameworks.
- Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, system integrations, and AI-driven architecture design.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
