A day in the life of a Dental/Medical Receptionist at HealthSource of Ohio:

• Register new and established patients and verify insurance eligibility
• Obtain dental benefit breakdown as needed
• Update all medical records as needed. This may include consent forms, update databases, insurance information, etc
• Responsible for obtaining and verifying paperwork required by patients
• Collect patient payments
• Schedule appointments
• Answer telephones
• Sort and distribute center mail. Import faxes into Next Gen and route accordingly
• Demonstrate understanding of HIPAA and age-related rights and responsibilities.

Do you have what it takes to be a Dental/Medical Receptionist?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-year of relevant experience preferred
