Job Description

Senior Director, Solutions Implementation

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Solutions Implementation in United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale implementation efforts focused on the integration of AI-powered instructional solutions across K-12 education systems. In this strategic and hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with school districts, product developers, and internal teams to ensure technology enhances — rather than disrupts — high-quality instruction. You’ll shape implementation systems, monitor instructional impact, and help define best practices for AI adoption in education. The role combines operational leadership, partnership management, and innovation in a highly collaborative and mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about improving educational outcomes, experienced in leading complex initiatives, and energized by the opportunity to influence the future of instructional technology. This fully remote role offers meaningful impact, national collaboration, and the chance to contribute to transformational work across the education landscape.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of AI-powered instructional solution implementations across school systems, ensuring alignment with instructional quality standards and equitable student outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for district leaders and product development partners, fostering trusted, collaborative partnerships.
  • Design and oversee implementation systems including dashboards, monitoring protocols, review cadences, and enabling-condition trackers to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Monitor tool adoption, instructional fidelity, operational readiness, and emerging impact signals while identifying implementation risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product developers to communicate implementation feedback, instructional insights, and user experience considerations that inform future product development.
  • Create and deliver professional learning resources, launch frameworks, and implementation supports for district leaders, coaches, and educators.
  • Translate partnership learnings into scalable frameworks, field-facing resources, and internal best practices that contribute to broader organizational learning.
  • Coach and support team members while contributing to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in K-12 education, instructional leadership, educational consulting, or implementation-focused roles.
  • Strong expertise in designing and managing implementation systems, operational processes, dashboards, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of HQIM-aligned instruction, instructional systems leadership, and strategies that improve outcomes for diverse student populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes partnerships and influence senior stakeholders across complex educational environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of AI-powered instructional technologies and the conditions necessary for effective implementation in schools and districts.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating complex implementation insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Prior experience as a school or district leader is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally up to 50% as required.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote position available anywhere within the contiguous United States.
  • Competitive salary of approximately $143,750 annually.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits package.
  • Private retirement investment options.
  • Generous paid time off and vacation policy.
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI and educational innovation.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on educational equity and student success.
  • Professional growth opportunities and exposure to national-level education initiatives.
