This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional who enjoys transforming complex data into strategic direction and measurable impact. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape decision-making through data-driven insights, operational analysis, and executive-level storytelling. You’ll develop reporting frameworks, evaluate business performance, and build scalable analytical methodologies that support growth across retail and operational initiatives. The position offers strong visibility across the organization and the chance to influence both internal strategy and external partner relationships. Ideal candidates are intellectually curious, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote environment with significant autonomy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigor with strategic thinking and executive communication.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting templates focused on promotional performance, provider performance, funnel conversion, and operational metrics.
  • Build analytical frameworks to evaluate promotional lift, operational initiatives, and post-implementation program performance across multiple business areas.
  • Conduct business case analysis and stress testing to validate assumptions and support leadership decision-making before executive or partner presentations.
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion trends, and operational data to identify actionable growth opportunities and performance drivers.
  • Partner with leadership teams to create compelling analytical narratives, presentations, and strategic storytelling materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis, forecasting, projections, and executive reporting with accuracy and speed in a dynamic business environment.
  • Design scalable insights frameworks that help identify successful strategies and replicate best practices across retail partnerships and operational programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, business intelligence, retail, and leadership teams to improve reporting processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, analytical methodologies, and operational decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, business strategy, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
  • Experience creating executive-facing presentations, reporting materials, and business insights documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines independently.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Consulting or strategy experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to independently pull, structure, and analyze data is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting retail, home improvement, marketplace, or multi-location business models is considered a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with KPI development, funnel analysis, conversion reporting, and promotional analytics is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment across the United States.
  • Competitive salary range of $80,000–$100,000 annually.
  • Employer-provided work equipment.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical and dental expenses.
  • Company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and immediate vesting.
  • Employee discount programs covering travel, electronics, groceries, entertainment, and more.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and additional voluntary insurance options.
  • Paid time off and additional wellness-focused benefits.
  • Opportunities for growth in a collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven environment.
