The Transformation Project Manager will lead critical operational improvement and execution. that drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and strategic objectives across our revenue cycle outsourcing organization. This role requires a versatile leader who can navigate complex, cross-functional projects while building the foundation for supporting governance and reporting activities. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical and tactical execution skills with the leadership presence to influence leadership and drive organizational change.
Operational Excellence
- Incorporate Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence
- Optimizes end-to-end workflows to maximize value and eliminate waste, and bridges cross-functional gaps by analyzing current processes, mapping future states, and leading strategic continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations through value stream mapping
- Monitor and leverage KPI tracking to drive operational excellence focus
- Identify opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement
- Ownership/support for dashboards, productivity metrics, SLA adherence, turnaround time tracking, and operational reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining and analyzing productivity, SLA, turnaround time, and operational reporting responsibilities
Transformation Initiative Leadership
- Lead 3-5 concurrent transformation initiatives of varying complexity, from operational process redesigns to technology implementations and organizational restructuring
- Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance structures for each initiative in partnership with executives and other stakeholders
- Drive initiatives from conception through implementation and post-launch optimization, ensuring sustainable adoption and measurable business impact
- Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across interconnected workstreams and business functions
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and accountability
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with leaders across Operations, Technology, Sales, Client Success, Finance, and India teams to align priorities and secure resources
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics to build consensus, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum across diverse stakeholder groups
- Present clear recommendations, trade-off analyses, and business cases
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clinical, technical, and business teams at all levels of the organization
Execution & Delivery
- Roll up your sleeves to dive into project details - from process mapping and data analysis to vendor management and user acceptance testing
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budget requirements, and change management strategies
- Support operators in creating Standard Operating Procedures to support the project
- Track and report on project health, proactively escalating issues and adjusting plans to keep initiatives on track
- Ensure rigorous project documentation, including requirements, decisions, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures
- Drive accountability through structured cadences, clear ownership assignments, and disciplined follow-through
Communication & Change Management
- Prepare and deliver presentations that distill complex projects into clear insights and recommendations
- Tailor communication style and content for diverse audiences from C-suite to frontline operations teams
- Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning
- Translate technical concepts for business audiences and business requirements for the technical team
- Build organizational buy-in for transformation initiatives through compelling storytelling and clear demonstration of value
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience
- Operational Excellence experience and preferred Lean Six Sigma/PMP certifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
