This role offers the opportunity to shape engaging and user-centered digital experiences within fast-growing international B2B and iGaming products. You will work on complex web and mobile interfaces, contributing directly to product performance, usability, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for designing and improving product experiences while ensuring usability, consistency, and alignment with business objectives and product metrics.
- Design and optimize web and mobile product interfaces based on user needs, business goals, and performance metrics
- Work on key product flows such as onboarding, authentication, user profiles, navigation, gamification, and search experiences
- Conduct UX analysis, identify usability issues, and develop data-driven design hypotheses
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts, and interface specifications for development teams
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA, analysts, copywriters, and support teams
- Contribute to and maintain consistency within the design system and UI standards
- Participate in UX research, post-launch analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user behavior evaluation
- Present and justify design decisions during product discussions and stakeholder reviews
The ideal candidate combines strong product design expertise with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a user-first mindset.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer within product-focused teams
- Proven experience designing complex web and mobile interfaces
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, variables, and prototyping
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end product design process, from research to implementation and post-launch analysis
- Ability to independently define problems, identify constraints, and deliver practical design solutions
- Experience designing user flows, forms, navigation systems, edge cases, and responsive interfaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to interface consistency and usability standards
- Familiarity with product metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and churn
- Experience conducting or supporting UX research and using analytics or user feedback to inform decisions
- Understanding of frontend limitations and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS principles
- Intermediate English level or higher
- Bonus: experience in B2C, entertainment, iGaming, fintech, or data-driven digital products
- Bonus: familiarity with tools such as FullStory, Hotjar, GA, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
