This role is focused on driving strategic growth by introducing a mission-driven SaaS platform to senior leaders across K–12 school districts. The Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, engaging directly with C-level education stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how technology can transform financial and administrative processes. You will be responsible for building strong pipelines through outbound prospecting, in-person engagement, and targeted outreach. The role requires a consultative, insight-led sales approach, where success depends on your ability to challenge assumptions and guide customers toward more effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment throughout the buyer journey. This is a high-impact position for a driven sales professional who thrives in complex, relationship-based enterprise sales environments.
Accountabilities:- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close within an assigned territory.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound calls, email campaigns, events, and in-person meetings with senior education stakeholders.
- Engage C-level School District Business Officials with a consultative approach, uncovering needs and positioning tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-driven narratives that challenge assumptions and highlight operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting to support revenue visibility and planning.
- Represent the organization at conferences and industry events to drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within K–12 education, fintech, or enterprise software environments.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex, consultative sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the K–12 education landscape and school district operational structures.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, territory-based role.
- Experience managing full-cycle enterprise sales processes, including forecasting and CRM management.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
