Full-Time Therapist in Las Vegas, Nevada at Sunarch LLC

SunArch Academy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Therapist to join our behavioral health team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with youth and wants to make a meaningful, lasting impact in a structured residential treatment environment.

The Therapist will provide comprehensive clinical services to residents while working closely with an interdisciplinary team to support emotional, behavioral, and social development throughout treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to assigned residents
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on each resident’s needs and treatment goals
• Support residents in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and positive interpersonal relationships
• Monitor resident progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with clinical staff, nursing, leadership, families, and other members of the treatment team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and discharge planning
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure services and documentation meet facility, professional, and regulatory standards

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Current Nevada licensure or clinical internship status, such as CSW-I/LCSW, MFT-I/LMFT, CPC-I/CPC, or equivalent
• Experience working with children, adolescents, at-risk youth, or behavioral health populations strongly preferred
• Experience in a residential treatment, PRTF, psychiatric, or similar behavioral health setting is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
