Location: Greenville, SC — relocating to a brand-new facility in Easley, SC
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Pay: Competitive pay plus shift differential

HTI is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for our client in Easley, SC. This established manufacturer is currently located in Greenville and is relocating to a brand-new facility in Easley. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team during its next phase of growth.
In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently. Candidates with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly those with hydraulic press and metal fabrication equipment experience, are encouraged to apply.

Opportunity to join an established company relocating to a brand-new Easley facility
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment such as roll forming mills, punch presses, coil handling equipment, milling machines, wire EDM machines, ABB robot cells, and press brakes.
Complete preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Use diagnostic tools, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to identify problems and complete repairs.
Assist with machinery setup, calibration, and adjustments to meet production specifications and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Work closely with production staff to address equipment issues and provide technical support.
Collaborate with maintenance team members and recommend improvements to equipment and maintenance practices.
Follow safety procedures and promptly report or address workplace hazards.
Approximately 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs with limited supervision.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; hydraulic press experience preferred.
Metal fabrication equipment experience preferred. Candidates from automotive, food, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturing industries are welcome to apply.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and written instructions.
Knowledge of the installation, maintenance, and repair of common industrial mechanical systems and instrumentation.
Knowledge or experience with medium-voltage equipment.
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of industrial experience and education.
Technical school training or certifications in industrial math, industrial electrical, or instrumentation strongly preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and practices.
Work around moving machinery and in conditions that may include loud noise, heat, humidity, and outdoor weather.
Perform physically active work involving standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and using hand tools.
Demonstrate the manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina needed to maintain and repair industrial equipment.
Lift and move equipment or materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
