Position Overview
Growing insurance agency looking for hard working, motivated individuals to grow with the company. No insurance experience needed for this position, but insurance licenses are a PLUS.
Candidates will be responsible for contacting current and prospective clients while working towards obtaining their state licenses. All calls will be made to either current clients of the agency or prospective clients who have expressed interest in State Farm products/services. Candidates must also be able to fluently speak, read and write in Spanish.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- Bilingual - Spanish/English (required - reading and writing)
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Must be able to work 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday
