QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required for all roles.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Clarity Retail has a temperature-controlled office area and an active manufacturing facility.
• Noise level: Quiet to moderate in the office and moderate to loud on the production floor.
• Temperature: Office is temperature controlled. The manufacturing area may be hot or cold, depending on the season and the work area.
• Exposure: May be exposed to dust, fumes, odors, oils, chemicals, or moving mechanical parts, depending on the plant work area.
• Hazards: In the manufacturing plant, employees work around forklifts, machinery, and other equipment, following all posted safety rules.

Office Employees (may differ depending on role):

• Sitting: Constantly while working at a desk or computer, for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lifting and carrying: Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Repetitive motion: Frequent to constant use of hands and fingers for typing, clicking, and using computers.

Plant Employees (may differ depending on role):

• Standing and walking: Constantly on concrete floors, including while moving between the office and the production floor, for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lifting and carrying: Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Repetitive motion: Frequent to constant use of hands and fingers for handling tools, operating equipment, etc.
• Reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing: Frequently to occasionally using ladders, stairs, platforms, etc.
