The Quick Lane Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with routine maintenance and quick-service needs in a fast-paced service environment. This role focuses on delivering an efficient, transparent, and positive customer experience by coordinating vehicle check-in, recommending maintenance services, and supporting timely service completion.

Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with express maintenance and quick-service needs.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and review recommended maintenance services.
- Prepare and explain service estimates clearly and accurately.
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and service recommendations.
- Ensure timely service flow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Review completed work with customers and explain invoices.
- Promote additional maintenance services as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service throughout the visit.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to successfully pass a background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check, as applicable.
