Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive - Mid Market based in United States.
This role is an opportunity for a high-performing SaaS sales professional to own the full mid-market sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through demonstration, negotiation, and close. You’ll manage a portfolio of opportunities while creating demand through a combination of inbound and outbound engagement. As a consultative seller, you’ll uncover customer challenges and connect them to solutions that can modernize operations, accelerate growth, and support retention. You’ll work in a remote, high-growth environment with a strong emphasis on performance, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning. Modern sales technology and AI tools are embedded into the workflow, helping you research prospects, analyze conversations, automate follow-up, and improve execution. The role offers significant professional and financial upside, including uncapped monthly bonus potential and performance-based recognition.
- Own the full sales process from lead qualification and discovery through solution presentation, technical demonstrations, negotiation, and closing new business.
- Respond promptly to prospective customers, schedule discovery calls, uncover business challenges, and tailor presentations around their operational, growth, and talent-retention priorities.
- Build and expand a pipeline through outbound prospecting, with approximately 40% of appointments expected to be generated directly by the representative.
- Develop targeted Outreach sequences using marketing content and customized campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, e-gifting, and other channels to engage decision-makers within ideal customer profile accounts.
- Maintain a strong pipeline equivalent to at least 3x quota, consistently securing clear next steps throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrate the platform’s value proposition through a consultative, value-driven sales approach, connecting capabilities to each prospect’s specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely opportunity information, forecasts, meeting notes, documentation, and next steps in Salesforce and Gong.
- Leverage an AI-first sales workflow, using conversation intelligence and generative AI tools to analyze calls, synthesize discovery notes, automate follow-up communications, conduct competitive research, and improve deal execution.
- Prioritize multiple opportunities of varying complexity and sales-cycle length while maintaining a high-quality prospect and customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS to mid-market businesses, with a demonstrated history of strong performance and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Proven experience in outbound sales with a proactive, hunter-oriented approach to pipeline generation.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build compelling business cases based on customer needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset, with the ability to contribute effectively within a high-performance sales organization.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to quickly master modern sales tools, CRM systems, conversation intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage opportunities across different stages, lengths, and levels of complexity.
- Friendly yet assertive communication style, with confidence engaging decision-makers and guiding prospects through a sales process.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining accountability, productivity, and effective communication.
- Candidates should be physically located in the United States, with preference for those in Central or Eastern time zones.
- Experience selling workflow, accounting, practice management, or project management software is a plus.
- Strong interest in learning, adapting, experimenting with new technology, and contributing to a performance-oriented team.
- Target OTE of $212,000 USD.
- Estimated base salary range of $70,000–$75,000 USD.
- Uncapped monthly bonus potential with strong quota-attainment opportunities.
- Paid flexible time off, with approximately three weeks of annual use encouraged.
- Company-paid medical coverage for employees and eligible spouses/partners and dependents.
- Company-paid dental and vision coverage for employees and eligible spouses/partners and dependents.
- Fully company-funded short-term and long-term disability coverage.
- Company-paid life insurance.
- 401(k) with company matching.
- Flexible Spending Account.
- Up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave.
- Work-from-home stipend.
- Performance-based recognition programs, including President’s Club and Rep of the Month, Quarter, and Year incentives.
- Opportunity to work with an experienced, high-performing sales team and learn from established SaaS professionals.
- Career development opportunities within a rapidly growing organization with an emphasis on promoting high performers internally.
- Collaborative, team-oriented remote culture with ongoing feedback and professional development.
