Shipping Supervisor – Warehouse Operations
Location: North Brunswick, NJ

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll manage a team of associates and take full ownership of the outbound process — from order picking and packing to carrier handoff and shipment tracking.

Our warehouse ships a wide range of products across various categories and sizes — from small electronics to large equipment — so flexibility, accuracy, and clear communication are essential. You’ll need to be comfortable managing both the workflow and the people behind it to ensure everything leaves the building quickly, accurately, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the full shipping process, including order picking, packing, labeling, and loading for carrier pickup
• Ensure all outbound shipments are properly documented with accurate BOLs and tracking information
• Monitor workflow to prioritize and complete orders on time while meeting customer expectations
• Communicate with customer service, sales, and headquarters teams regarding shipment status, delays, or issues
• Maintain clean and accurate records of all outbound activity
• Train, schedule, and manage the shipping team to ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy
• Collaborate with inventory, receiving, and logistics teams to keep warehouse operations running smoothly
• Enforce compliance with company policies and health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a shipping or outbound operations team in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Strong knowledge of shipping, order fulfillment, and carrier processes (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow up professionally with internal teams and carriers
• Familiarity with warehouse software systems and Microsoft Excel
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Bilingual is a MUST
