The Candy Replenisher plays a vital role in ensuring that candy and confectionery products are consistently stocked and displayed in transportation and warehousing environments, such as distribution centers or retail locations within the transportation sector. This position focuses on maintaining inventory levels, organizing products for optimal accessibility, and ensuring that all items meet quality and safety standards. The role requires close collaboration with inventory management teams to track stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accurate stock levels.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehousing, retail stocking, or inventory replenishment roles.
• Familiarity with transportation and warehousing industry standards and safety protocols.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (with certification).
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and organize candy shipments in designated storage or display areas following safety and quality guidelines.
• Arrange candy products on shelves or pallets to maximize visibility and accessibility while adhering to company merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to update stock records and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the candy storage and display areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
