Per Diem | Private-Duty Home Care | Hackensack, NJ

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home in Hackensack, New Jersey.

This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, compassionate care, and the opportunity to apply their clinical expertise in a home care setting.

Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601 and surrounding areas

• Per diem position

• One-on-one private-duty home care

• Flexible scheduling based on client needs

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available

• Pay:
  $55.00 per hour
  $125.00 per RN visit

• Active New Jersey RN license

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care

• Strong knowledge of end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and comfort-focused care

• Current BLS certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Physical examination completed within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption

• Provide meaningful, one-on-one patient care in a home setting
