Overview
Habonim Industrial Valves & Actuators is seeking a Inside Sales Support Representative for its distribution and customer service facility. Candidates with inside sales experience are a must. The company is open to considering individuals with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by preparing quotes, addressing inquiries, and responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Manage and track customer requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Expedite order fulfillment by monitoring production schedules, verifying order status, and proactively issuing updates and reminders.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager and Inside Sales team with administrative and sales-related activities.
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for sales orders, and related documentation.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to customer retention initiatives by maintaining consistent communication and service excellence.
- Resolve customer concerns, including technical issues, by coordinating with internal teams and providing effective solutions.
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections efforts as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role.
- Technical aptitude or experience within a manufacturing environment (required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Inside sales experience or an engineering degree is a plus but not required.
