Training Officer-Jackson MS-Hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee at INFO ORIGIN INC

Responsibilities:

Deliver C-FIRST training virtually and in person across various application modules and user roles.

Develop training materials and create training data in the C-FIRST sandbox.

Provide web-based technical assistance and support system learning.

Collaborate with Department of Children’s Services, Deloitte, SMEs, and training teams to improve training content and delivery.

Conduct virtual training using Microsoft Teams and other digital tools.

Travel within Tennessee as needed for onsite training.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

1+ year experience in training delivery, adult education, or staff development.

Experience with Microsoft Teams and virtual training tools.

Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred:

Government or human services training experience.

Computer systems training experience.

1–3 years experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

C-FIRST training experience is highly preferred.
