WE ARE HIRING:
Talent Executive (Influencer Marketing)Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Entertainment, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience working with content creators, influencers, artists, or public figures.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing campaigns and the creator economy.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience coordinating commercial partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Ability to manage multiple talent profiles and projects simultaneously.
- Budget tracking and contract coordination experience.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
Activities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned talent and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Identify, negotiate, and coordinate commercial opportunities between talent and brands.
- Develop strategic growth plans tailored to each talent's personal brand and career objectives.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and contractual obligations.
- Work closely with internal Brand Partnerships, PR, Creative, and Production teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Prepare proposals, rate cards, presentations, and performance reports for clients and talent.
- Monitor industry trends, social platforms, and emerging creators to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and strategic partners.
- Ensure all collaborations align with the talent's image, values, and long-term positioning.
- Track budgets, payments, contracts, and campaign performance to ensure operational excellence.
