LOCATION:
As assigned, Support Staff assist the following clinic locations:
- 1200 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles
- 3680 E Imperial Highway, Lynwood
SCHEDULE
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, during office hours between 8:30am-5:30am
- In-person in the office and work from home (typically 3-4 days in office)

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT SUPPORT STAFF?
- You are a bilingual Spanish professional with experience providing compassionate client support, scheduling, and front-desk administration in behavioral health or nonprofit settings.
- You are skilled in admin, managing confidential records, eligibility verification, data entry, and compliance documentation.
- You are a dependable teammate, who shows up on time, stays organized, and partners effectively with clinicians, clients, and leadership.
- You are comfortable managing shifting workflows, prioritizing tasks, and supporting daily operations.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As Support Staff, you will provide administrative, clerical, and back-end support while ensuring clients are welcomed, informed, and connected to the services they need. This role contributes to high-quality care by maintaining accurate papework, files, supporting clinical teams, and tracking data and outcomes to meet program and reporting requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by managing front desk operations, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Support clinical and psychiatric teams with administrative tasks, including client intake, referrals, appointment coordination, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Maintain accurate client records and agency databases (EXYM/IBHIS), ensuring data integrity, HIPAA compliance, eligibility verification, and timely case updates.
- Process payments, parking validations, forms, and other administrative requests while coordinating with billing, accounting, and clinical staff.
- Provide general office support, translation assistance, staff training, and cross-coverage as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations and quality client service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:
- High School Diploma.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
Other Requirements:
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff members and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service to clients.
- Interest and commitment to working with multiethnic, multicultural, low-income populations.
