Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Weekly bonus: $20$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like

• Run your stops using our driver app navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
• Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required)
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off

What You'll Need

• Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR)
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data
• Able to lift up to 25lbs
• 21+ years old
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus not required
