As a Quality & Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting governance, risk, and compliance initiatives that enable secure, high-quality software delivery for highly regulated industries. You will help maintain quality management systems, coordinate compliance activities, and contribute to audit readiness across multiple industry standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure policies, documentation, and operational processes remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. This role combines compliance operations, technical documentation, and process improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail directly impacts customer trust and business success. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their expertise in quality, governance, and regulatory compliance within an innovative technology organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage day-to-day quality management system (QMS) operations, ensuring documentation, records, and compliance activities remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Coordinate and respond to customer security and quality questionnaires by maintaining reusable response libraries and delivering timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives across multiple regulatory and certification frameworks, including evidence collection, tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist with audit preparation, certification activities, and remediation efforts by coordinating documentation and monitoring compliance milestones.
  • Create, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and regulatory alignment.
  • Maintain compliance platforms, Jira, Confluence, and related systems to provide accurate visibility into compliance status, action items, and organizational readiness.
  • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and People teams to ensure compliance requirements are effectively integrated into business operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes through automation, AI-powered workflows, and operational best practices while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), quality assurance, compliance operations, audit support, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting security questionnaires, audit activities, certification programs, or compliance operations in a technology or regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with one or more compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMC, or similar standards.
  • Experience administering or maintaining quality management systems (eQMS), GRC platforms, or equivalent compliance management tools.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills with the ability to produce clear policies, procedures, and customer-facing compliance responses.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration or project management platforms.
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity tools, custom prompts, or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency while exercising appropriate human oversight.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, computer system validation, or supplier qualification is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Fully remote opportunity based in India.
  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-grade compliance, quality, and governance programs supporting innovative AI technologies.
  • Exposure to internationally recognized compliance frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, security, legal, and business operations.
  • Career growth within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization focused on innovation and operational excellence.
  • Competitive compensation package and comprehensive employee benefits, including healthcare and wellness programs.
