As a Quality & Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting governance, risk, and compliance initiatives that enable secure, high-quality software delivery for highly regulated industries. You will help maintain quality management systems, coordinate compliance activities, and contribute to audit readiness across multiple industry standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure policies, documentation, and operational processes remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. This role combines compliance operations, technical documentation, and process improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail directly impacts customer trust and business success. You will also help streamline compliance workflows through modern tooling and AI-assisted processes while supporting enterprise customers with timely, accurate responses. - Manage day-to-day quality management system (QMS) operations, ensuring documentation, records, and compliance activities remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Coordinate and respond to customer security and quality questionnaires by maintaining reusable response libraries and delivering timely, high-quality submissions.
- Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives across multiple regulatory and certification frameworks, including evidence collection, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist with audit preparation, certification activities, and remediation efforts by coordinating documentation and monitoring compliance milestones.
- Create, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and regulatory alignment.
- Maintain compliance platforms, Jira, Confluence, and related systems to provide accurate visibility into compliance status, action items, and organizational readiness.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and People teams to ensure compliance requirements are effectively integrated into business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes through automation, AI-powered workflows, and operational best practices while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- 2–5 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), quality assurance, compliance operations, audit support, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience supporting security questionnaires, audit activities, certification programs, or compliance operations in a technology or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with one or more compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMC, or similar standards.
- Experience administering or maintaining quality management systems (eQMS), GRC platforms, or equivalent compliance management tools.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills with the ability to produce clear policies, procedures, and customer-facing compliance responses.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration or project management platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools, custom prompts, or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency while exercising appropriate human oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, computer system validation, or supplier qualification is considered an advantage.
