As an Account Representative, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients while supporting our agency's day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with clients, insurance company underwriters, and fellow team members to ensure every customer receives knowledgeable, timely, and friendly service.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agency clients and insurance company underwriters.
• Support the service needs of clients by processing policy changes and endorsements.
• Answer client questions regarding insurance coverage, billing, and policy changes.
• Assist clients with reporting claims and losses.
• Efficiently navigate insurance company websites and the agency management system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding client experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• General knowledge of insurance, billing, underwriting, and claims is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
