What You’ll Do

Daily A/R balancing
Daily Inventory Costing
Daily Inventory Balancing
Various Customer Billing
Bill of Lading Entry into Accounting System
Assist Controller with financial statement reconciliation
Inspect data for efficiency and accuracy
Reconcile monthly bank statements
Prepare documentation for external auditors

Qualifications

1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or business office experience preferred (but we’ll train the right motivated individual).
Strong organizational and Excel/data tracking skills.
Customer service mindset — every number tells a story about the people we serve.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus.
