This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Execution Senior Analyst, myExpenses based in India.
As an Execution Senior Analyst, myExpenses, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant employee expense operations. You will manage expense resolution, reconciliation, reporting, and employee support while ensuring processes align with established policies and controls. The role combines operational execution, financial accuracy, problem solving, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with colleagues, business partners, and external vendors across multiple regions and time zones. Your work will directly contribute to efficient employee experiences and strong financial governance. This is a hybrid opportunity in Pune, suited to someone who is analytical, digitally fluent, and motivated to improve how global processes operate.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and resolution of employee expense activities in line with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Reconcile relevant expense and financial systems, investigate discrepancies or variances, and ensure corrective actions are completed accurately.
- Monitor compliance with expense policies and procedures and provide timely reporting on process gaps, exceptions, and areas requiring attention.
- Provide accurate advice, guidance, and information to employees and business partners regarding expense processes and requirements.
- Apply established guidelines consistently while proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, digitize, and improve expense processes.
- Track outstanding issues and ensure they are resolved within agreed deadlines, escalating complex or critical matters when required.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and completeness across relevant systems and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records, explanations, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate closely with banking partners, vendors, colleagues, and business stakeholders across different regions, time zones, and potentially languages.
- Contribute to operational excellence through process improvement, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and effective use of digital tools.
- Support business partners through responsive service and accurate solutions, ensuring employee queries are thoroughly reviewed before resolution.
- Work assigned ANZ, ASPAC, UK/Europe, or US shifts as required to provide effective support to global business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in employee expenses, general accounting, accounts payable, or related financial operations.
- Practical experience with expense management, reconciliation, transaction processing, and financial controls.
- Familiarity with ERP and business systems such as SAP, Concur, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify appropriate solutions.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality in a high-volume operational environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Comfortable working in a global, multicultural, and virtual environment across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
