Accountabilities:

  • Review contracts, diligence materials, redlines, and related documents for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and professional quality.
  • Identify factual, substantive, structural, formatting, and presentation issues within AI-generated outputs.
  • Apply professional expertise in contracts, due diligence, and redlining to assess whether outputs meet appropriate legal and business standards.
  • Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to help improve AI-generated legal content.
  • Assess outputs rigorously and consistently, applying sound professional judgment across different assignments.
  • Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in legal contracts, due diligence, redlining, or a closely related legal field.
  • Native or professional-level fluency in English, with excellent written and analytical communication skills.
  • Strong practical understanding of contract review, negotiation, diligence processes, and legal document analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle factual, substantive, and drafting issues.
  • Ability to evaluate complex documents objectively and provide concise, structured, and constructive feedback.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment and managing deadlines effectively.
  • An advanced degree, such as a Master’s degree or higher, from a reputable institution is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive contract compensation of $80–$120 per hour.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Flexible, asynchronous working structure.
  • Opportunity to apply specialized legal expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems.
  • Meaningful contribution to improving the accuracy, reliability, and quality of AI-generated legal content.
  • Exposure to emerging AI technologies and evaluation workflows.
  • Independent work environment with flexibility around managing assignments and deadlines.
