Endpoint Engineer - Hybrid - Richmond, VA in Richmond, Virginia at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Engineer to support enterprise endpoint management, application deployment, patch management, and Windows security updates for a government client.

📍 Location: Virginia — Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (3 days/week)
💼 Position: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.

• Manage Windows 11 updates, security patches, and endpoint configurations.

• Administer endpoint management tools and troubleshoot deployment failures.

• Support vulnerability remediation and endpoint compliance.

• Automate deployment and remediation tasks using PowerShell.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 experience.

• 4+ years using an endpoint management system, workstation imaging solution, and ticketing system.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, software packaging, and patch management.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Patch My PC, Microsoft Graph API, and ServiceNow.

• Experience with enterprise vulnerability management tools such as Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
