Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: Neenah, WI

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll help keep manufacturing operations running efficiently by operating production equipment, inspecting materials, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate machine shop equipment and mold presses as directed by the production supervisor.
• Feed materials into machinery and monitor the production process.
• Inspect finished pieces for defects and report quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Stack and organize completed parts and materials.
• Use a pallet jack to move products and units as needed.
• Assist with machine setup and follow instructions from production leadership.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance as required.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required eye protection.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain consistent product quality.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• A team-oriented attitude with good time management skills.
• Willingness to learn machine functions and receive training on equipment setup.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more multiple times throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, squat, handle materials, and push or pull carts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Comfort working around moving machinery and in an environment that may occasionally be dusty.
