This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise based in the United States.
Join a fast-growing AI technology company transforming how home services businesses operate through intelligent automation. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth by winning and expanding relationships with large, multi-location businesses across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, and related industries. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to pilot programs, negotiations, and company-wide deployments. Working closely with sales leadership, Customer Success, and Product teams, you will help customers achieve measurable business outcomes while building a scalable enterprise sales strategy. This role offers the opportunity to shape the enterprise sales playbook in a rapidly growing environment. You will contribute directly to revenue growth while helping modernize essential service industries through practical AI solutions.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage strategic opportunities from initial engagement through long-term account expansion. Your responsibilities will include:
Pipeline Development: Research target accounts, identify enterprise prospects, and build relationships with business owners, operations leaders, call center managers, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
Discovery and Business Case Development: Understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business priorities. Develop compelling, outcome-focused business cases that demonstrate the value of AI-powered solutions.
Pilot Management: Design and lead pilot programs by establishing clear success criteria, coordinating implementation, monitoring progress, and translating results into signed contracts.
Complex Enterprise Sales: Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, security assessments, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations to close strategic deals.
Account Growth and Expansion: Develop initial deployments into broader, company-wide rollouts across multiple locations, identifying additional use cases and opportunities to increase customer value.
Sales Forecasting and CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity, provide reliable forecasts, and bring clear, data-informed perspectives to deal reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales leadership, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to share enterprise customer insights, improve sales messaging, and influence product development.
Enterprise Sales Strategy: Help build and refine the enterprise sales playbook, identifying repeatable approaches to prospecting, pilot conversion, closing, and account expansion.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven sales professional who combines enterprise SaaS expertise with a customer-first mindset and a strong interest in applying AI to real-world business challenges. You should be comfortable building processes, managing complex deals, and working in a fast-paced growth environment. Key qualifications include:
At least 6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota on enterprise or strategic accounts.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including pilot programs, procurement reviews, and contract negotiations.
Strong discovery, consultative selling, business case development, and negotiation skills.
Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and organizational abilities, with experience using modern CRM platforms and sales tools.
A builder mindset and enthusiasm for developing an enterprise sales strategy rather than relying exclusively on established processes.
A customer-first approach, focused on selling measurable outcomes and pursuing opportunities that are positioned for long-term success.
Regular use of AI tools to research accounts, prepare for sales conversations, improve follow-up, and increase productivity.
Persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders without losing momentum.
Curiosity about the home services industry and a willingness to learn how trades businesses operate.
Experience selling to multi-location operators, home services businesses, trades organizations, or vertical SaaS customers is a plus.
Benefits:
On-target earnings (OTE): $340,000–$380,000.
Equity compensation: Opportunity to receive equity as part of the overall compensation package.
Remote work: Remote position with a location listing in San Francisco.
Full-time employment: Join a rapidly growing business with significant enterprise expansion opportunities.
High-impact role: Help shape enterprise sales strategy and influence how AI is adopted across essential service industries.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales leadership, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
Growth opportunity: Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes in a business that has grown to more than $20 million in annual recurring revenue in under two years.
Innovation-driven environment: Help bring practical AI solutions to businesses that serve homes and communities.
