Position Overview

We are seeking a personable, reliable Relief Route Delivery Driver based in the Miami, Florida area who can provide excellent customer service.

• Home every night
• Multi-stop, direct-to-store delivery route
• Service convenience stores, drug stores, and other retail locations

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely, efficiently, and accurately to assigned locations.
• Service multiple retail accounts daily by unloading, delivering, stocking, rotating, and merchandising frozen products in designated areas.
• Provide route coverage for delivery drivers during vacations, absences, staffing shortages, and other operational needs.
• Respond to urgent or “911” deliveries to ensure customer service expectations are met.
• Cover shuttle driver responsibilities, including product transfers and warehouse support as assigned.
• Support pre-sell operations by assisting with sales coverage, customer communication, and account servicing when needed.
• Adapt to different delivery routes, customer accounts, schedules, and job assignments on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• 1–2 years of route delivery experience (Direct Store Delivery preferred)
• Valid and active DOT Medical Card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• CDL Class A or B
