We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Engineer to ensure that our products, processes, and systems meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a quality professional who enjoys working close to operations, applying engineering and analytical principles to prevent defects, improve processes, and drive a strong quality culture in a highly regulated chemical environment. You will play a key role in safeguarding product integrity and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply operations.
Quality Engineering & Process Control
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control methods and process assurance activities.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Apply statistical and analytical techniques to assess process capability and performance.
Non‑Conformance Management & Root Cause Analysis
Lead investigations into non‑conformances, deviations, and customer complaints.
Perform root cause analysis and define robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Verify effectiveness of corrective actions and support long‑term process improvements.
Audit, Compliance & Documentation
Support and lead internal audits, customer audits, and certification or regulatory inspections.
Ensure quality documentation (procedures, specifications, records) is accurate, current, and compliant.
Act as a quality representative during external interactions where required.
Manufacturing & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and R&D teams to embed quality into processes.
Support Management of Change (MoC) activities and quality risk assessments.
Provide quality input for new product introductions, process changes, and scale‑up activities.
Continuous Improvement & Metrics
Define, track, and analyze quality KPIs such as defect rates, complaints, and process capability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem‑solving and quality tools.
Contribute to site and global quality improvement programs.

Technical & Quality Competencies
Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in a Quality Engineering role within chemical, process, or regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001 and related standards.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis, SPC, CAPA, FMEA).
Manufacturing & Regulatory Competencies
Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a hazardous or regulated environment.
Knowledge of process safety principles, change management, and risk assessment.
Familiarity with customer quality requirements and regulatory expectations relevant to chemical products.
Behavioral & Professional Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple investigations or improvement initiatives.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
