The Sanitation/General Laborer keeps things running smoothly by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and jumping in to help stack, unload, and move materials when needed. No two days are the same, so you’ll need to be dependable, adaptable, and ready to roll with whatever comes your way.

This role reports directly to the site supervisor and is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. You may work across multiple locations depending on business needs, keeping things fresh and dynamic. Oh—and you’ll have the opportunity to level up your skills with forklift certification within your first year! This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position.
- Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30 PM
- Starting pay: $17.00 hourly
- Receive weekly pay
Primary Job Duties:
- Clean up and remove trash/debris from inside and outside of facility
- Sweep, mop, dust and wipe down breakroom, restrooms, interior of facility
- Use of push behind or riding scrubber to clean warehouse floors
- Use of cleaning tools to remove dust and debris from walls, racks, and other items
- General housekeeping duties in production areas
- Act as Ground Guide / Strapper for Operators handling steel products
- Become certified to operate 5K Forklift
- Use 5K forklift to move trash hopper (no material handling)
- Comply with and adhere to all safety policies and regulations
Experience and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year Warehouse Cleaning Experience (preferred)
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to walk, bend, lift, and sit throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be flexible with working in multiple site locations
- Pre-hire Drug Screening Required
- Background Screening Not Conducted
