Direct Support Professional - High Behavioral in Minneapolis, Minnesota at AFFINITY RESIDENTIAL CARE LLC

Pay: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour

Affinity Care MN is seeking an experienced Recreational Therapist to support individuals with elevated behavioral and supervision needs. This position requires professionalism, strong consistency, and the ability to follow structured support and therapy plans.

Key Duties:

• Provide direct care, active supervision, and person-centered support
• Implement Positive Support and behavior support plans
• Complete, accurate, and timely documentation
• Model expectations and provide guidance to staff as needed
• Assist with crisis prevention and intervention
• Follow all 245D and company policies

• Recreational Therapist or related experience with reliable attendance
• Experience supporting high needs individuals preferred
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Willingness to complete additional High Intensity training
