Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Content and Social Media Manager to lead and grow IFS Softeon’s online presence across LinkedIn and other key social platforms. In this role, you will shape how the world sees us — building brand authority in the supply chain and logistics space while driving meaningful engagement with prospects, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
This is not just a content scheduling role. You will be in the field — at trade shows, conferences, and customer sites — conducting interviews, capturing stories, and turning real-world moments into compelling digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Own and execute IFS Softeon’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and manage a content calendar using Asana or similar tool aligned with product launches, industry events, campaigns, and company milestones
• Cut existing video content via Adobe Premiere Pro and post on social platforms
• Monitor platform performance, analyze engagement data, and continuously optimize content strategy
• Grow follower counts, organic reach, and meaningful engagement metrics quarter over quarter
Content Creation & Storytelling
• Create and produce original social content including video clips, graphics, carousels, articles, and short-form posts
• Conduct on-camera and audio interviews with customers, executives, partners, and subject matter experts for podcast episodes and video series
• Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and company events to capture live content, conduct on-site interviews, and produce real-time social coverage
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to source stories and develop compelling narratives
• Write and edit scripts, captions, and long-form LinkedIn articles
• Create blog posts to fill in content calendar as needed
Brand Voice & Community Management
• Serve as the guardian of IFS Softeon’s voice and tone across all social channels
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community among our audience
• Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations; identify opportunities for timely, relevant engagement
• Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and media contacts
Collaboration & Reporting
• Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Executive Leadership
• Report on KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, video views, and pipeline influence
• Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity
Qualifications
Required
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise software
• Demonstrated experience creating social content — video, graphics, written — with a strong portfolio to share
• Hands-on experience conducting interviews for podcasts, video series, or similar content formats
• Comfort on camera and in field environments (trade shows, warehouses, customer sites)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a sharp editorial eye
• Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with experience pulling and interpreting social performance data
Preferred
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or enterprise SaaS marketing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paid social advertising
• Experience with podcast production (recording, editing, publishing)
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience working in a global or multi-market marketing environment
