Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team in Melbourne.

What We Offer:

• Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development.

• Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 |

What You Bring:

• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. alone and over 25 lbs. with assistance.
• Abilit to travel to the Distribution Center in Largo for training and twice annually to sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Comfort with POS systems
