• Developing strong knowledge of all menu items for banquet and restaurant kitchens
• Completing opening and closing duties as assigned
• Providing outstanding guest service at all times
• Working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Preparing and cooking food properly and in a timely manner
• Executing duties as a member of the line staff
• Working efficiently and cohesively with the culinary team
• Utilizing a variety of cooking methods while maintaining quality and consistency
