Responsibilities include:- Developing strong knowledge of all menu items for banquet and restaurant kitchens
- Completing opening and closing duties as assigned
- Providing outstanding guest service at all times
- Working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Preparing and cooking food properly and in a timely manner
- Executing duties as a member of the line staff
- Working efficiently and cohesively with the culinary team
- Utilizing a variety of cooking methods while maintaining quality and consistency
